We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 5–9 business days within the U.S.; Express is 2–4 business days. Rural areas and holidays may add time.

3) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and customs. Duties/taxes (if any) are paid by the recipient.

4) What size sleeve should I choose?
Measure the widest point of your bicep and your wrist circumference, compare to the size chart on product pages, and choose a snug—not constrictive—fit. If you’re between sizes, most customers size up for comfort.

5) Are your sleeves UV-protective?
Our knit constructions provide coverage and help reduce sun exposure; many styles include UPF-rated fabrics (see individual product pages). Still apply sunscreen on uncovered skin.

6) Can I return gloves?
Yes—unopened/unused gloves can be returned within the policy window. Due to hygiene standards, opened glove packs aren’t returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

7) Care instructions for sleeves
Cold wash, inside-out, gentle cycle. No bleach or fabric softeners. Lay flat to dry. Avoid high heat to preserve elasticity and print.

8) Are these medical PPE?
No. Lunverosia products are not medical devices and are not intended for protection against hazardous chemicals, infectious agents, or industrial hazards. Use only as directed.
