Condition Requirements

• Sleeves/Hats: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging.
• Gloves: unopened/unused due to hygiene standards (defective items excepted).
• Clearance items: final sale unless defective.

How to Start a Return
Email sale@lunverosia.shop with your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Fees & Shipping

• Original shipping is non-refundable.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item.
